107 When does a course of electroconvulsive treatment begin and end?
(1) The course of electroconvulsive treatment begins on the date that the Mental Health Tribunal authorises the treatment.
(c) the person who is an adult and not a patient becomes a patient;
(d) the person regains the capacity to give informed consent to the electroconvulsive treatment;
(e) the person's medical decision maker withdraws consent to the course of electroconvulsive treatment;
(f) the psychiatrist determines that the electroconvulsive treatment is no longer the least restrictive treatment available;
(g) a new order under this Part is made in respect of the person.
