84 Prisoner to remain in lawful custody (1) A prisoner admitted to an approved treatment facility as a voluntary patient or involuntary patient is taken to be in lawful custody while the prisoner remains in the facility. (2) The period spent in the facility is taken to be a period of imprisonment under the sentence imposed on the prisoner.
