71 Amendment of licence (1) The CEO may, by notice in writing to the holder of a licence, revoke or vary a condition to which the licence is subject or impose further conditions on the licence. (2) The holder of a licence may apply in the approved form to the CEO for the licence to be amended as specified in the application.
