21 Persons-in-charge of approved treatment facilities and agencies (1) The CEO must, in writing, appoint a person to be the person-in-charge of each approved treatment agency and each approved treatment facility. (2) The person-in-charge of an approved treatment facility is responsible for the care and welfare of persons receiving treatment and care at the facility. (3) The person-in-charge of an approved treatment agency is responsible for the treatment and care of persons receiving services from the agency.
