18 Approved procedures (1) The CEO may approve procedures, not inconsistent with this Act, to be used in the administration of this Act. (1A) However, the CEO must not approve procedures under subsection (1) for any of the following: (a) Part 14, except the procedures under that Part relating to the Agency; (b) the Tribunal. (2) A person must not contravene the procedures approved under subsection (1).
