177 Admission of prisoners (1) A prisoner detained at an approved treatment facility following admission as a voluntary patient under section 81(1) of the former Act is taken to have been admitted under section 80. (2) A prisoner detained at an approved treatment facility following admission as an involuntary patient under section 82(1) of the former Act is taken to have been admitted under section 81.
