125 Review of reports (1) The Tribunal must review a report forwarded to it under this Act as soon as practicable after it is received. (2) Following the review, the Tribunal: (a) may give a written direction to the CEO relating to a practice under, or interpretation of, this Act arising out of a matter contained in the report; and (b) where it considers that a person may be guilty of professional misconduct, must notify the relevant professional body.
