110B Interim appointment of member of community visitors panel (1) The principal community visitor may make an interim appointment of a person as a member of a community visitors panel for a period of 60 days. (2) The appointment ceases at the earliest of the following: (a) when the period of 60 days ends; (b) when the appointment is terminated under subsection (3); (c) when the person is appointed to be a member of a community visitors panel under section 110(2). (3) The principal community visitor may terminate the appointment before the period of 60 days ends.
