110A Resignation and termination of appointment – member of community visitors panel (1) A person appointed to be a member of a community visitors panel may resign by written notice given to the Minister. (2) The Minister may terminate the appointment of a member of a community visitors panel for inability, inefficiency, misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity.
