103B Interim appointment of community visitor (1) The principal community visitor may make an interim appointment of a person as a community visitor for a period of 60 days.

Mental Health and Related Services Act 1998 100 (2) The appointment ceases at the earliest of the following: (a) when the period of 60 days ends; (b) when the appointment is terminated under subsection (3); (c) when the person is appointed to be a community visitor under section 103(1). (3) The principal community visitor may terminate the appointment before the period of 60 days ends.
