3 Definitions
> In this Regulation—
>
> forensic community treatment order means a community treatment order made under section 99 of the Act.
>
> Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network means the statutory health corporation of that name constituted under the [Health Services Act 1997](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1997-154).
>
> the Act means the [Mental Health and Cognitive Impairment Forensic Provisions Act 2020](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2020-012).

> The Act and the [Interpretation Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-015) contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this Regulation.
