#### 28 Giving notice 28 Giving notice > A notice in writing under this Part may be given to a victim by any of the following methods— > > > (a) by personal delivery to the victim, > > > (b) by post to the address specified by the victim for the service of documents of that kind, > > > (c) in the case of a victim who has not specified an address for service—by post to the residential or business address of the person last known to the person serving the document, > > > (d) by email to an email address specified by the victim for the service of documents of that kind.
