8 Application of Part

(1) This Part applies to the following criminal proceedings before a Judge of the Local Court—

(a) summary proceedings for offences,

(b) indictable offences triable summarily,

(c) any related proceedings under the Bail Act 2013.

(2) This Part does not apply to committal proceedings.
