#### 129 Continuation of orders relating to forensic patients 129 Continuation of orders relating to forensic patients > The making of an extension order or interim extension order in respect of a forensic patient does not affect the operation of any order as to the forensic patient’s care, detention, treatment or release from custody to which the forensic patient was subject immediately before the making of the extension order.
