114 Issue of warrants for apprehension of persons outside State and other persons

A Judge of the Local Court or an authorised officer within the meaning of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986 may issue a warrant for the apprehension of a person if a credible person, on oath before the Judge or officer, shows reasonable cause to suspect that the person is a forensic patient or a correctional patient—

(a) who has escaped from a mental health facility and is outside the State, or

(b) is the subject of an apprehension order under this Division.
