#### 112 Apprehended person may seek reconsideration by Tribunal 112 Apprehended person may seek reconsideration by Tribunal > > (1) A person who is apprehended under this Division may request the Tribunal to investigate the evidence on which the order for the person’s apprehension was made and may adduce other evidence for the consideration of the Tribunal. > > > (2) On a reconsideration under this section, the Tribunal may make any order it thinks fit concerning the detention or release of the person.
