11 Judge to state reasons for decisions
(1) A Judge of the Local Court is to state the reasons for making a decision as to whether or not a defendant should be dealt with by an order under this Part.
(2) A failure to comply with this section does not invalidate a decision of a Judge of the Local Court under this Part.
