sec.94 Notice of direction
As soon as practicable after giving the direction, the chief psychiatrist must give the following persons written notice of the direction— the person; if an authorised mental health service is responsible for the person—the administrator of the service. A notice given to a person under subsection (1) (a) must include information about a support person accompanying the person for the examination under section 97 .
