sec.87 Definitions for ch 4
In this chapter— psychiatrist report , about a person in relation to a charge of a serious offence, means a report prepared by an authorised psychiatrist stating whether the authorised psychiatrist considers the person— may have been of unsound mind when the serious offence was allegedly committed; or may be unfit for trial. second psychiatrist report see section 100 (2) .
- (a) may have been of unsound mind when the serious offence was allegedly committed; or
- (b) may be unfit for trial.
