sec.847 Exclusion of visitors
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, the administrator of an authorised mental health service had given a notice, under the repealed Act, section 374, to a person refusing to allow the person to visit a patient in the health service. The notice is taken to have been given under the new Act, section 408.
