sec.845 Forensic information orders
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was entitled to receive information for a patient under a forensic information order under the repealed Act. The person is taken to be entitled to receive the information mentioned in the new Act, schedule 1 under an information notice under the new Act.
