sec.813 Classified patients
A classified patient under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement is taken to be a classified patient under the new Act. A classified patient who consented to being treated and was at an authorised mental health service immediately before the commencement is taken to be a classified patient (voluntary). (sec.813-ssec.1) A classified patient under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement is taken to be a classified patient under the new Act.
