sec.800D Request to refer relevant decision to the special tribunal

This section applies in relation to a decision (a relevant decision ) made by the tribunal under the repealed Act as constituted by— the person mentioned in section 800B (1) ; or members who included the person mentioned in section 800B (1) . The following persons may ask the chief executive to refer a relevant decision to the special tribunal for a decision under section 800F — the person who is or was the subject of the decision, or an interested person for the person; if the relevant decision was made under the repealed Act, section 318R in a proceeding for a forensic information order—the applicant in the proceeding.
