Subject to sections 789 , 790 and 791 , nothing in this part prevents the disclosure of information disclosed in a hearing of the Mental Health Court. For provisions other than in this part that prohibit the disclosure of information disclosed in a hearing of the Mental Health Court, see, for example, sections 164 and 696 .
