sec.749 Adjourning hearing of proceeding
The tribunal may adjourn the hearing of a proceeding for— if the adjournment is for the purpose of obtaining an examination report under section 721 and the president has approved that the hearing be adjourned for more than 28 days—the period approved by the president; or otherwise—a period of not more than 28 days.
- (a) if the adjournment is for the purpose of obtaining an examination report under section 721 and the president has approved that the hearing be adjourned for more than 28 days—the period approved by the president; or
- (b) otherwise—a period of not more than 28 days.
