sec.748 Conducting hearings of proceedings at same time

Nothing in this chapter prevents the tribunal hearing different proceedings under this Act that relate to the same person at the same time. Without limiting subsection (1) , the tribunal may conduct the hearings of more than 1 review under chapter 12 that relate to the same person at the same time. hearing an applicant review of a forensic order for a person at the same time as a periodic review of the forensic order for the person hearing a periodic review of a forensic order for a person at the same time as a review of the person’s fitness for trial In deciding whether to conduct more than 1 hearing for the same person at the same time, the tribunal must have regard to whether it is in the person’s best interests to do so.
