sec.735 Matters to be stated in notice of hearing
If the tribunal is required to give stated persons notice of the hearing of a proceeding, the notice must state the following— the nature of the hearing; the time and place of the hearing; the rights at the hearing of the person who is the subject of the proceeding.
- (a) the nature of the hearing;
- (b) the time and place of the hearing;
- (c) the rights at the hearing of the person who is the subject of the proceeding.
