sec.708 Duration of appointment
The president holds office for the term, of not more than 5 years, stated in the president’s instrument of appointment. The deputy president or another member holds office for the term, of not more than 3 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment. (sec.708-ssec.1) The president holds office for the term, of not more than 5 years, stated in the president’s instrument of appointment.
