sec.702 Purpose of pt 2
The purpose of this part is to provide for the following— the continuation of the Mental Health Review Tribunal, as formerly established under the repealed Mental Health Act 2000 ; the constitution, jurisdiction and powers of the tribunal; procedural provisions for proceedings of the tribunal.
