sec.688 Assisting clinician’s advice during hearing
Advice given by an assisting clinician to the Mental Health Court during the hearing of a proceeding must be given in a way that can be heard by the parties to the proceeding. However, this section does not apply to advice mentioned in section 651 (1) (d) . (sec.688-ssec.1) Advice given by an assisting clinician to the Mental Health Court during the hearing of a proceeding must be given in a way that can be heard by the parties to the proceeding.
