sec.683 General right of appearance and representation
A party to a proceeding in the Mental Health Court may— appear in person at the hearing of the proceeding; or be represented at the hearing by— a lawyer; or with the leave of the court, a person who is not a lawyer.
- (a) appear in person at the hearing of the proceeding; or
- (b) be represented at the hearing by— (i) a lawyer; or (ii) with the leave of the court, a person who is not a lawyer.
- (i) a lawyer; or
- (ii) with the leave of the court, a person who is not a lawyer.
