sec.666 Conduct that is contempt and offence
If conduct of a person is both contempt of the Mental Health Court and an offence, the person may be proceeded against for the contempt or for the offence. However, the person is not liable to be punished twice for the same conduct. (sec.666-ssec.1) If conduct of a person is both contempt of the Mental Health Court and an offence, the person may be proceeded against for the contempt or for the offence.
