sec.656 Mental Health Court Registry
There is a Mental Health Court Registry. The registry consists of— the registrar; and the other staff necessary for the Mental Health Court to exercise its jurisdiction. The registrar and other staff are to be employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 656 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.656-ssec.1) There is a Mental Health Court Registry. (sec.656-ssec.2) The registry consists of— the registrar; and the other staff necessary for the Mental Health Court to exercise its jurisdiction. (sec.656-ssec.3) The registrar and other staff are to be employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
