sec.646 Arrangement of business
The president is responsible for the administration of the Mental Health Court and for ensuring the orderly and expeditious exercise of the jurisdiction and powers of the court. The president has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for the administration of the court and for ensuring the orderly and expeditious exercise of the jurisdiction and powers of the court.
