sec.645 Appointment of president
The Governor in Council is to appoint a member of the Mental Health Court to be the president. A person may be appointed as the president at the same time the person is appointed as a member of the court. (sec.645-ssec.1) The Governor in Council is to appoint a member of the Mental Health Court to be the president. (sec.645-ssec.2) A person may be appointed as the president at the same time the person is appointed as a member of the court.
