sec.641 Appointment of members
The Governor in Council may, by commission, appoint a Supreme Court judge to be a member of the Mental Health Court. The judge is appointed for the term, of not more than 3 years, stated in the commission. (sec.641-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may, by commission, appoint a Supreme Court judge to be a member of the Mental Health Court.
