sec.605 Appeal process starts with internal review
Every appeal against a decision must be, in the first instance, by way of an application for internal review. A person who has a right to appeal against a decision may apply to the chief executive for internal review of the decision. (sec.605-ssec.1) Every appeal against a decision must be, in the first instance, by way of an application for internal review.
