sec.553 Purpose of ch 14
This purpose of this chapter is to provide for— the appointment of inspectors; and the functions and powers of inspectors in relation to— investigating, monitoring and enforcing compliance with this Act; and investigating a matter under chapter 10 , part 4 .
- (a) the appointment of inspectors; and
