sec.549 Who may appeal
The following persons may appeal to the Court of Appeal against a decision of the Mental Health Court on a reference in relation to a person— the person; the Attorney-General; the chief psychiatrist; the director of forensic disability.
- (a) the person;
- (b) the Attorney-General;
- (c) the chief psychiatrist;
- (d) the director of forensic disability.
