sec.531 Purpose of ch 13
This chapter provides for the following— appeals to the tribunal; appeals to the Mental Health Court against a decision of the tribunal; appeals to the Court of Appeal against a decision of the Mental Health Court.
- (a) appeals to the tribunal;
- (b) appeals to the Mental Health Court against a decision of the tribunal;
