sec.526 When interstate transfer approval or international transfer approval takes effect
An interstate transfer approval or international transfer approval takes effect— if the tribunal imposes 1 or more conditions on the approval that must be satisfied before the approval takes effect—when all of the conditions are satisfied; or otherwise—on the granting of the approval. s 526 sub 2022 No. 1 s 96
- (a) if the tribunal imposes 1 or more conditions on the approval that must be satisfied before the approval takes effect—when all of the conditions are satisfied; or
- (b) otherwise—on the granting of the approval.
