sec.513 Definitions for div 1

In this division— interstate forensic order means an order made under a corresponding law of another State, however described, that provides for similar matters to a forensic order (mental health) or forensic order (disability). interstate transfer approval , in relation to a person, means an approval under this division for the transfer of the person from an interstate mental health service to an authorised mental health service or the forensic disability service. s 513 def interstate transfer approval ins 2022 No. 1 s 85 (2) interstate transfer requirements ... s 513 def interstate transfer requirements om 2022 No. 1 s 85 (1) patient seeking transfer means— in relation to an interstate transfer approval, the person who is the subject of the approval; or in relation to an application for an interstate transfer approval, the person who would be the subject of the approval if the approval were granted. s 513 def patient seeking transfer ins 2022 No. 1 s 85 (2)
