sec.511 Notice of hearing
The tribunal must give the following persons written notice of the hearing of the application— the person the subject of the application; the applicant; the administrator of the authorised mental health service identified in the application as the service in which the non-ablative neurosurgical procedure is to be performed. The notice must be given at least 7 days before the hearing.
