sec.48 Application of pt 4
This part applies if, on making an assessment of a person under part 3 , the authorised doctor making the assessment is satisfied— the treatment criteria apply to the person; and there is no less restrictive way for the person to receive treatment and care for the person’s mental illness.
- (a) the treatment criteria apply to the person; and
