sec.469 When particular tribunal review is not required
This section applies to a tribunal review of a treatment support order mentioned in section 465 (4) , if the tribunal receives written notice under section 217 (5) of the amendment of the order. The tribunal is not required to conduct, or complete the hearing of, the review.
