sec.467 Requirement to conduct periodic review suspended
This section applies if a person who is subject to a treatment support order is transferred to an interstate mental health service or another country under part 10 , division 2 . The tribunal is not required to conduct a periodic review of the treatment support order under section 465 (1) while the person is out of Queensland because of the person’s transfer under part 10 , division 2 . s 467 amd 2022 No. 1 s 81 (sec.467-ssec.1) This section applies if a person who is subject to a treatment support order is transferred to an interstate mental health service or another country under part 10 , division 2 . (sec.467-ssec.2) The tribunal is not required to conduct a periodic review of the treatment support order under section 465 (1) while the person is out of Queensland because of the person’s transfer under part 10 , division 2 .
