sec.449 Application of sdiv 3
This subdivision applies if— the forensic order is a forensic order (mental health); and the tribunal decides to revoke the forensic order.
- (a) the forensic order is a forensic order (mental health); and
- (b) the tribunal decides to revoke the forensic order.
