sec.431 Definitions for pt 3
In this part— applicant review , of a forensic order (mental health) or forensic order (disability), see section 433 (2) . periodic review , of a forensic order (mental health) or forensic order (disability), see section 433 (1) . review , of a forensic order (mental health) or forensic order (disability), means— an applicant review of the order; or a periodic review of the order; or a tribunal review of the order. tribunal review , of a forensic order (mental health) or forensic order (disability), see section 433 (3) and (4) .
