sec.426 Conditions
The tribunal may— change or remove a condition to which the treatment authority is subject; or impose a condition on the treatment authority. However, the tribunal may not impose a condition on the treatment authority that requires the person to take a particular medication or a particular dosage of a medication. (sec.426-ssec.1) The tribunal may— change or remove a condition to which the treatment authority is subject; or impose a condition on the treatment authority.
