sec.416 When particular tribunal review is not required
This section applies to a tribunal review of a treatment authority mentioned in section 413 (4) , if the tribunal receives written notice under section 210 (5) of the amendment of the authority. The tribunal is not required to conduct, or complete the hearing of, the review.
